A small nursery in Edmonton, Canada. Attendance was way down and they needed help.
I was approached by a customer of Cape La Colombe for this project. His son attended regularly and he feared it would soon go under due to the low number of children attending.
I did this website and logo pro-bono and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I built the site and got her to solicit Google reviews from her customers. The turnaround was almost immediate.
Cape La Colombe has seen a 30% jump in attendance which is more than enough to keep the business going.
This was a refresh of the existing logo. The original was overly complex, whereas the new logo is clean and simple, but still a bit fun.
Created and hosted on Squarespace . Cape La Colombe is a French nursery so I worked with the owner (and Google Translate) to get the copy correct. I pulled images from online sources and developed the colour palette from there. Lots of reds, yellows and blues with images of kids having fun and learning.
